In my life, authenticity and a warm, respectful approach to my fellow human beings and the environment are very important to me, which is naturally also reflected in my work.
My view of our lives is characterized by a rational-spiritual perspective, which includes the knowledge that we often find ourselves, in search of orientation, between apparent polarities, such as connection and separation.
On the one hand, we strive for creative development, security, the experience of joy and meaningfulness in life - lived connection. On the other hand, we find it difficult to deal with our greed, the desire for violent power, ignorant stupidity and egocentrism, in short: the suffering within us - lived separation. I believe a more conscious understanding, feeling and sensing helps us navigate our diverse experiences and allows for moments of calm. Genuine connection with ourselves and our environment is the tool that enables us to orient ourselves and use the freedom to make decisions that meet our intuitive needs.
I see it as my task to support you in navigating and calibrating your own inner compass on your life path, exploring your self and strengthening your ego skills in order to create an everyday life that is as close as possible to your real needs.
One of the fundamental goals of our work together will therefore be to help you understand, feel and sense yourself better so that you can deal more confidently with the issues that you come to me with and that you encounter in life.
As a psychodynamic therapist, I have a wealth of theoretical knowledge at my disposal, for example about the emergence and composition of our ego, which can be helpful in gaining more clarity about our own processes and an understanding of the connection between conscious and unconscious experience. However, the therapeutic work process is primarily based on your individuality and is therefore unique. In addition, I incorporate different therapeutic methods into my work and thus adapt to your respective space of possibilities.
Ultimately, there is great potential for development in a stable therapeutic alliance characterized by trust. I would like to discover yours with you and am happy to support you as a therapeutic counterpart.
Since I put my heart and soul into my work and, as a state-licensed psychotherapist, bear partial responsibility in our healthcare system, I see it as my task to apply the high-quality, professional standards of psychodynamic therapy and to develop them further through scientific research and evaluation.
